Jupiter
|
 |
The Jupiter is a very large, full range loudspeaker, designed to reproduce the full scale of an orchestra or rock concert in large domestic listening rooms.
The 4 bass drivers use metal cones for deep, detailed, and low distortion bass. The dual custom made midrange drivers also use metal cones to produce clean, clear, and accurate information. The tweeter is a high efficiency fabric dome.
The cabinet has a curved baffle which smoothly time aligns the drivers, the front edges are also radiused to reduce diffraction to a minimum. The baffle is also a staggering 64mm thick. The crossover uses only the highest quality film capacitors, and hand wound massive gauge air core inductors.
The Jupiter represents Australias finest offerings, at a price of just $9000pr, it has little competition.
